Victor Wanyama had threatened legal action against teenage celebrity Shakilla and her counterpart Xtian Dela after he was romantically linked to the 19-year-old on false accusations.
It was widespread yesterday that the anticipated lawsuit was already taking shape with a trial on November 10, 2020.
According to the legal document now making the rounds, the lawsuit has been brought to the Milimani courts of defamation by the international football star’s girl and bloggerbrand, during an Instagram Live earlier this month.
However, there are details that the legal document in question is in fact a fraud.
This is after a dear Shakilla promptly replied to the messages with screenshots of her private chats with a ‘Kivisu Amos Mutambu‘ who are supposedly an authorized court server, just to kidding.

Documents relating to her pending lawsuit from Victor Wanyama and thereafter contacting her attorney for Amos only‘ Number has been switched off.
On October 11, Shakilla claims to have appeared before the Milimani courts only to learn that the documents were not from there.
“Amos is wanted by the police because he poses as government and law,” said Shakilla.
Well, that has clearly just turned into chaos.
