This simple technique can be done with grapefruit, oranges, or practically any fruit!

DIRECTIONS:
1. Using a pairing knife, peal fruit all around. Once pealed, place on one side and start slicing.
2. Thickness depends on preference. I don't slice too thin so that it can be easy to eat and place if you are placing over fruit tray or bowl.
3. With a medium sized Ruby Red Grapefruit I was able to slice 4 thick slices. Yum!
